Fleetweld is seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team. The role involves painting truck bodies, equipment, modifications, and repair work to a high professional standard.
Key responsibilities
- Paint truck bodies, equipment, modifications, and repair work to a high professional standard
- Carry out quality control checks from preparation through to final completion
- Achieve high-quality preparation and paint finish
- Perform repair work and basic panel beating
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including tooling and equipment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Work overtime when required

- Strong sense of pride in workmanship
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience carrying out quality control checks from preparation through to final completion
- Experience with repair work and basic panel beating
- Physically fit, as the role involves moving in and around truck bodies daily
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
