Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a dedicated recruitment lead for junior doctors across CQHHS. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and smooth arrival of interns, RMOs and specialists, ensuring compliance and timely placement.

You will coordinate annual campaigns, term allocations and leave, while handling registration and visas and advising Executive leaders on workforce planning and strategies.
