Creative Role in a Premium Waterfront Kitchen

Are you a passionate chef who takes pride in quality ingredients, in-house preparation, and creative cooking?

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across a busy and diverse hospitality environment. From member dining to events and regattas, this role offers variety, creativity, and the opportunity to work in a stunning waterfront location with a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, in-house prepared meals

Lead by example in a hands-on kitchen role

Assist with menu development, seasonal menus, and daily specials

Help build and maintain a strong and professional kitchen culture

Support rostering, labour management, and kitchen performance

Assist with food cost control, purchasing, and stock management





Maintain best practice food safety and WHS standards

Contribute to the delivery of member dining, events, regattas, and functions

About You

Passionate chef with strong hands-on kitchen experience

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on kitchen experience required

Previous experience in a busy, quality-focused hospitality setting

Ability to work closely with and support a Head Chef

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Food Safety Supervisor certification required
