Senior consultant - Medical Device Recruitment

As a Recruiter you will be providing end to end solutions for clients and candidates, with a focus on the Medical Device and MedTech industry. You will be based in Sydney and work as part of an established team with close to 20 years of experience servicing the industry.

Key responsibilities

- Business development (growing and maintaining relationships)
- Interviewing potential candidates - face to face and online
- Creating material to attract candidates and clients
- Creating advertisements for positions
- Background and reference checking
- Giving candidates and clients advice
- Utilising LinkedIn to source candidates and clients
- Visiting clients and candidates outside of the office
- Making cold calls to generate business

About you

- You are a natural communicator and display excellent emotional intelligence
- You come from the following industries - Medical Device Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Recruitment or someone with a science degree who is looking to further your career
