Position: Loader Operator

Location: Brunswick / South West, WA

Employment Type: Full time

Position Overview:

B&J; Catalano is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our Southwest operations, primarily based at Shenton Ridge Hard Rock Quarry.

Previous loader and plant operating experience is preferred, however training can be provided to the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

- Operating Loaders, loading trucks, ROM Pad, stockpiling and material movements.

- Completing pre-starts and basic equipment checks.

- Working safely around mobile plant and site operations.

- Various manual handling tasks such as hosing out and screen changes.

- Assisting across other Southwest pits/quarries when required.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous loader or plant operating experience preferred.

- Experience operating CAT 980 or equivalent loaders highly regarded.

- Relevant plant competency/ticket preferred.

- Current WA HR Driver’s Licence.

- White Card / Blue Card.

- Good mechanical awareness and strong safety focus.

- Physically fit and able to pass a full pre-employment medical.

- Reliable,
