The Role & Department

- Based in a bustling public hospital radiology department, you will manage a diverse caseload across emergency (ED), inpatient, outpatient, and theatre settings.
- Equipment: Utilise high-quality Philips CT scanners along with Siemens and Philips General X-Ray equipment.
- Scope: Perform a comprehensive range of scans across General X-Ray and CT.
- Weekday Shifts: Roster starts vary across 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, and 9:00 AM.
- Weekend Shifts: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- On-Call Roster: Monday to Friday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and Weekends (6:00 PM – 9:30 AM). You must be available to attend out-of-hours recalls.

Essential Requirements

- Professional Registration: Current AHPRA registration.
- Licensing: Valid WA Radiation Licence, or eligibility via Automatic Mutual Recognition (AMR) for residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, or SA.
- Clinical Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously in CT, specifically as the sole out-of-hours radiographer.
- Technical Skills: Competency in performing cannulation is essential.
- Compliance & Rights: Full working rights in Australia and a valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC).
