Labourforce have an exciting chance for experienced Machine Operators to join our team located in North Plympton in a "Machinist Champion" role.

Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift roles all available

All applicants will need –

- Proven qualifications in machining and/or CNC operating
- Proven experience in machining and/or CNC operating
- References that can verify this
- Willingness to undertake mechanical aptitude testing prior to appointment
- Willingness to undertake approximately 6 weeks of general Operator training prior to starting role
- Willingness to be rostered into general operating when customer demand does not support operation of our machining centres
- High attention to detail over the full work day
- Can sustain standing or walking over the full work day (not subject to break times)
- Thrives in a team environment
- Can work in medium to high pressure environment
- Is quality focused
- The ability to do reasonable amounts of overtime
