A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its site maintenance team in Cooma.

The role will suit an industrial electrician with solid fault-finding skills and experience across preventative maintenance, breakdown response and production equipment.

The Role

- Electrical fault finding and breakdown response

- Planned and preventative maintenance

- Maintenance of motors, sensors, controls and production equipment

- Work with VSDs, MCCs and associated electrical systems

- Support plant reliability and continuous improvement

- Work closely with production to minimise downtime

- Assist with supervision of an experienced electrical apprentice when required

Roster

- Monday to Friday

- 38 hours per week





- Day and afternoon shifts

- Occasional Saturday maintenance work

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Electrician

- Industrial maintenance experience

- Strong electrical fault-finding skills

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience

- Experience with motors, controls, VSDs and production equipment

- Good communication skills

- Food, meat, beverage or other manufacturing experience highly regarded
