About the Role

With a home base at our Running With Thieves Warehouse in O’Connor, this is a mobile, hands-on maintenance position responsible for preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, contractor management and project support across multiple business locations. The successful candidate will take ownership of maintenance standards and help ensure our facilities remain operational, compliant and well presented.

Key responsibilities include

- Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled servicing
- Performing general building repairs and maintenance
- Completing carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and repair works
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors
- Maintaining hospitality, warehouse, office and production equipment
- Supporting refurbishments, renovations and improvement projects




- Identifying maintenance issues before they become operational problems
- Assisting with compliance, safety inspections and asset management
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting

About You

- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, building services or a trade-related role
- Strong practical skills across a broad range of maintenance disciplines
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to safety, quality workmanship and attention to detail

Highly Regarded

- Trade qualification in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration or similar
- White Card
- Forklift Licence
- EWP Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience working across hospitality, manufacturing, warehousing or multi-site operations
