We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to drive business improvement and transformation across the Program Delivery and Operations Branch. Leading a dedicated team of professionals, you will play a key role in shaping how the branch delivers its services, identifies opportunities for improvement, and achieves its strategic priorities. You will work closely with stakeholders across TMR to influence change, strengthen business performance and deliver initiatives that create lasting value for the organisation and the communities we serve.

About The Role

As the Manager, Business Improvement, you will lead a small team and work with stakeholders across TMR to identify opportunities to improve business performance, systems and processes. You will oversee business improvement initiatives from planning through to delivery, helping to ensure resources are focused on activities that deliver genuine value and measurable outcomes.

You will also provide strategic advice and leadership to support continuous improvement,



strengthen organisational capability and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
