About the role

We are looking for diligent, punctual, and well-mannered candidates to take up casual work as a Factory Hand, with genuine opportunities to transition into full-time roles for the right people. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production team, ensuring smooth daily operations in a manufacturing workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Operating various types of manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing products accurately for domestic and international shipping
- General factory hand duties, including sorting materials and maintaining a clean, safe workspace

About you

- Diligent, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Well-mannered, a team player, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable and content working in a busy physical manufacturing environment
- A forklift license is highly advantageous but not compulsory
