The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is a key part of our Manufacturing Department and is primarily responsible for painting, finishing, and preparing products to meet customer and quality requirements. You will also support general manufacturing activities, ensuring products are safely produced, handled, packed, and dispatched in accordance with company standards.

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare, clean, sand, mask, and paint products and manufactured components to required specifications.

- Inspect painted surfaces and finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.

- Provide day-to-day support across manufacturing operations as required.

- Safely handle materials and operate production equipment while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Build crates and prepare products for storage and dispatch.

- Use power tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.

- Perform truck and forklift spotter duties in accordance with workplace safety procedures.

- Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and compliant work environment in line with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and quality requirements.





- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support production schedules to meet customer delivery expectations.

About You

- Experience in industrial, commercial, automotive, or manufacturing painting is highly regarded.

- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials in a secure and controlled manner.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

- Basic understanding of packing, labelling, receiving, or warehouse procedures.

- Ability to follow work instructions, specifications, and structured processes.

- Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) desirable.

- Willingness to undertake on-the-job training and WHS instruction.

- Current Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

- Current C Class Driver's Licence (HR licence preferred).

- Strong work ethic, enthusiastic and conscientious, with a flexible approach to work.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on manufacturing role that involves frequent lifting, standing, bending, material handling, use of painting equipment, and operation of various tools and machinery throughout the workday.
