About the role

This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 December 2027.

The Marketing Advisor develops and delivers campaign materials that support the annual marketing and divisional business plans. The role focuses on transparent, consistent communication across DTP channels, projects and the transport and planning industry, particularly around planning systems and their impact on Victorians.

The role manages campaigns, programs and events from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, budgets and brand requirements. It involves developing briefs and communications, managing expenditure, coordinating suppliers and agencies, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The role also supports safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

Qualifications and experience

You’ll bring:





- Demonstrated experience in customer-led marketing, communications or community engagement (mandatory).
- At least three years’ experience in customer marketing (desirable).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline (desirable).
- Experience working in government, transport or a related industry (desirable).
