We will be opening our new display home at Goulburn and due to increasing demand, we have anewly created position of aNew Home Sales Consultant.If you are a highly motivated, and experienced New Home Sales Consultant with a proven track record in new home sales, please submit your application.

Key responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting customers at display homes
- Identify sales opportunities with new clients
- Work closely with clients to design their home
- Generate,maintain and convert leads to meet targets
- Caretaking of display homes
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Start and maintain a strong network with local developers to provide house and land packages

The successful candidate will possess:

- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Be performance and results driven with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets




- Well developed organisational and client management skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide 5-star quality service to clients and the company
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with working autonomously
- Prior experience in the home building industry
- Demonstrate compliance through local council and housing codes
- Training can be provided
