The Production Supervisor will oversee Tesuco's daily assembly, testing, packaging and warehouse-floor activities. This is a practical position for someone who can plan production, supervise employees and work alongside the team when required. You will be responsible for ensuring products are assembled accurately, tested correctly, fully documented and completed according to customer requirements and Tesuco's quality and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily production according to sales orders, stock requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Supervise employees involved in assembling, testing, labelling and packaging gas equipment.
- Allocate work and ensure employees understand product specifications and assembly requirements.
- Oversee the assembly of gas regulators, manifolds, supply panels, hose assemblies, couplers, fittings and related gas-control equipment.
- Ensure the correct components are selected for each gas type, inlet connection, outlet pressure, flow requirement and application.
- Verify that assembly and testing procedures are completed correctly.
- Oversee pressure, function and leak testing using approved procedures and suitable test equipment.
- Ensure pressure gauges, valves, seals, fittings and safety components are installed correctly.
- Confirm products are correctly labelled, identified and packaged before dispatch.
- Maintain product traceability, batch, serial-number,



assembly and testing records where required.

About you

- Previous experience supervising a production, assembly, engineering or technical workshop team.
- Hands-on mechanical assembly experience.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, threaded fittings, seals, valves and pressure-control equipment.
- Experience using hand tools, torque tools and measuring or testing equipment.
- Ability to read work orders, bills of materials, product drawings and technical instructions.
- Solid understanding of quality-control and product-traceability requirements.
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with gas-specific components and pressure equipment.
- Ability to identify incorrect, damaged or incompatible components before assembly.
- Good planning skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Confidence training employees and holding the team accountable for quality, safety and productivity.
