Absolute Payroll seeks a Dayforce Configuration Consultant to own Dayforce across scheduling, rostering, time & attendance, and pay rules for a large, blue-collar workforce in Australia.

You will translate EBAs/EAs into compliant system configurations, partner with Payroll, HR and operations to design, test and deploy changes with minimal disruption, and mentor the internal team while supporting Dayforce upgrades.
