Syndeticom seeks a Supervisor / Leading Hand to oversee day-to-day site operations on data centre projects. You will lead teams of 3–20 people, mentor apprentices, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
You will report to the Project Manager, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and resources, and maintain WHS and quality compliance on site. A strong safety culture, explicit communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.
