About the role:

- Administrative and coordination support across Learning & Development and Capability initiatives
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records and reports
- Coordinating meetings, training sessions and team priorities
- Managing shared inboxes and routine enquiries, escalating where needed
- Supporting the LMS with enrolments and system access

About you:

- 2+ years' experience in an L&D; function, or an HR generalist background with strong L&D; exposure
- A true doer, comfortable managing the details as well as senior stakeholder coordination
- Highly organised, accurate, and able to juggle competing priorities

On offer:

- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
