About the Role: You’ll join us as aPatient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our new Brisbane clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is a customer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth

Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs

Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care

Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion

Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently

Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What You’ll Be Growing Into

Leading patient consultations and presenting treatment options

Building trust and rapport to guide patients through decision-making

Managing treatment plans,

Driving sales conversions through genuine connection and education

About You

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales

Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
