About the role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent. This role is perfect for someone who is:

- committed to candidate attraction and retention through CV screening, site visits, and effective communication

- with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs through business-to-business sales

Detail-focused

- skilled with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting applications, and presenting job offers

- with an understanding of its importance in our AWF workforce

Committed to excellence

- passionate about recruitment and customer service, ensuring the highest level of account management for our clients

Hands-on and proactive

- ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done

Ideally, you will have:

Proven sales experience,



ideally within recruitment or a service-based industry

Knowledge in the manufacturing and logistics industries

Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships

Proven track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets

Resilience and tenacious, able to handle setbacks and thrive in tough or changing markets

Excellent time management skills

Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethics, driven by passion and a results-focussed mindset
