Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Part Time Join a supportive, patient-focused team where your growth, values, and contribution truly matter.

Ava Dental is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join us part time (35 hours a week). Monday, Wednesday, Thursday night (until 6:45pm) and Friday. This dual-role position supports both our clinical team and front desk, helping us deliver exceptional patient care every day.

About the Role

-Assist clinicians with general and surgical procedures

-Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment

-Maintain high infection control and sterilisation standards

-Set up and pack down treatment rooms

-Support patient comfort and guide them throughout their visit

Reception & Administration

-Welcome patients with a warm, professional approach

-Manage bookings, schedules, and patient records

-Process payments and complete daily administrative tasks

-Assist with treatment planning and patient follow-up
