We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented

Insurance / Personal Injuries Legal support

staff to join well-established, highly reputable and progressive Brisbane law firms.

The Role

Providing high-level administrative support to Partners, Special Counsel, solicitors and Paralegals

Drafting, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence

Managing files, both electronic and hard copy

Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties

Diary and email management, including coordinating meetings

Billing, time entry, and general ad-hoc admin duties plus more!

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Secretary or Paralegal (insurance or litigation experience highly regarded)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail





The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach

A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
