Position Overview As a

Property Manager

at Toohey Property Management, you will assist with the daily operations of property management, ensuring high-quality service to both owners and tenants.



This role provides excellent career progression and structured training for an aspiring property skilled.

You will work closely with the other Property Managers and Operations team, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of property management administration and tenant/owner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparation, processing and execution of tenancy agreements and renewals

Respond to owner and tenant enquiries via phone, email and portal messaging

Coordinate routine inspections and follow-up reports

Support maintenance request triaging with contractors and tenants

Assist with rental arrears monitoring and follow-up

Prepare property management documentation (notices, forms, letters)

Maintain accurate records and update property management systems (e.g., TAPI, Property Tree)

Liaise with external service providers for property maintenance and compliance

Provide general administrative support as required

About You Essential Skills & Attributes:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Drivers License

Strong organisational and time-management capabilities

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional presentation and a client-first approach

Comfortable working in a team and independently

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience, internship or interest in property management/real estate
