About the role

An established global manufacturer is enhancing their warehouse facility in Yatala, QLD and is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their team. This is a hands‐on, varied role where no two days are the same — you'll be at the heart of the warehouse operation, keeping things running smoothly from parts management through to customer support and dispatch.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Managing, selling and delivering spare parts to customers and dealers
n
- Picking orders, goods receival and dispatch, and conducting stock takes
n
- Loading and unloading containerised products from heavy vehicles and containers
n
- Assisting customers over the phone and in person with parts, logistics and service enquiries
n
- Processing invoicing, work orders and warranty documentation via CRM systems
n
- Operating a forklift and company vehicles safely and in accordance with WHS requirements
n
- Maintaining warehouse equipment, shelving and racking to high standards
n
- Supporting product training,
trade show events and business improvement initiatives
n
- Reporting stock discrepancies, safety issues and business opportunities to management
n
n
What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience in parts selling, delivery and management
n
- Prior experience in an import/export or distribution warehouse environment
n
- Valid forklift licence and current Australian driver's licence
n
- Robust attention to detail and solid computer and communication skills
n
- A safety-first mindset and genuine team player attitude
n
- Reliable transport and a positive, can-do approach to your work
n
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to grow with the business
