Peacockes Solicitors Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Dubbo, New South Wales. This is a full time position with the opportunity to work alongside our team of dedicated legal professionals.

About the Role

n

An opportunity is available for an experiencedLegal Secretary to join the firm. Ideally, these positions would suit applicants looking for a full-time position, based in our Dubbo office. A part time position may be considered for the right applicant, duties would include but not be limited to:

n

n
- Working directly with our Directors in commercial law and conveyancing matters OR in criminal law and civil litigation matters
n
- Conducting legal research
n
- Preparation of documents and general correspondence
n




- Direct communication with clients
n
- Diary management
n
- General administration including time recording
n

n

About You

n

Along with your strong work ethic you'll have:

n

n
- Ability to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills;
n
- Superior written and verbal skills;
n
- Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar
n
- Leap Legal Software experience is preferable.
n
- Experience in a legal environment is preferable.
n
