We're looking for a confident, caring and proactive Responsible Gaming Attendant to join our team on a casual basis and play an important role in supporting responsible gaming practices while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

n

Creating exceptional customer experiences by:

n

n
- Preparing and serving beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
n
- Delivering friendly, engaging and memorable customer service
n
- Building genuine relationships with our members and guests
n
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue
n
- Resolving guest enquiries and concerns confidently and professionally
n
- Monitoring gaming areas and promoting responsible gaming practices
n
- Conducting responsible gaming interactions when required
n
- Providing information regarding support services and self-exclusion programs
n




- Maintaining compliance with Responsible Gaming legislation and venue policies
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
n

What we're looking for

n

We're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and knows how to make people feel welcome.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
n
- Current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Certificate
n
- Qualifications or willingness to obtain Advanced Conduct of Gambling (ARGC)
n
- A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence engaging with a diverse range of guests
n
- A calm, professional approach when handling sensitive situations
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
n
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Previous experience in a bar, gaming or hospitality environment (highly regarded)
n

Pay

n

Pay is in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), with all entitlements applied in accordance with Fair Work requirements.

n

Must hold a current RSA and RCG Certificate.
