SAAFE Limited, in partnership with The University of Queensland, invites applications for a PhD opportunity focusing on leveraging near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) with AI to detect antimicrobial resistance in water. The PhD is hosted within the SAAFE CRC and sponsored by a living stipend of $45,000 per year plus $21,000 for career development.

Location is St Lucia and Herston, Brisbane. Applicants should have Honours or Masters level research, knowledge of molecular biology and machine
