Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Site Supervisor to manage the construction of detached investor builds around the Ipswich area. You will have previous experience managing approx. 20 builds simultaneously, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
n
n
- Ensure homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
n
- Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
n
- Maintaining accurate and effective scheduling of material delivery and labour
n
- Maintain a high level of OH&S; on all sites
n
n
Your Experience:
n
n
- 2+ years experience Site Supervising volume build new homes
n
- Trade background (desired)
n
- Great communicator and well organised
n
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes & tolerances
n
- Aptitude for project management and be technically minded
n
n
