Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a agile and motivated person to join the team in our established Rocklea branch. You will be part of a growing team with local support branches and a total of 17 other branches throughout the state.

n

About the role:

n

Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

n

Generate quotes, provide pricing and availability to clients and make booking of hire equipment.

n

Support a culture of upselling at every opportunity.

n

Co-ordinate deliveries and pick ups.

n

Learn about machinery from small hand tools to large compaction rollers & more.

n

Co-ordinating, assisting and liaising with mechanics in the workshop.

n

Introduction intoagrowing career opportunity.

n

Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment as well as the occasional delivery to customer sites as well as yard work as required

n

Typical hours are 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The key skills required for this role include:

n

Previous Hire Controlling or Hire industry experience very highly regarded.

n

A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes.

n

Soundexperiencewith IT applications including Microsoft suite.

n

Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities.

n

Ability to run reports, audit documentation and adhere to procedures

n

Physically fit
