What we're looking for:
n
n
- Certificate III Carpentry
n
- Experience in residential construction projects (stick frame)
n
- All tools and reliable vehicle
n
- Valid Australian drivers licence
n
- New-Build experience
n
- Good Renovation experience
n
- Broad knowledge of building practices
n
- Must be efficient with reading plans and drawing details
n
- A excellent attitude - reliable, motivated & willing to learn
n
- Must have keen understanding of all building trades and methods not just carpentry
n
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
n
- Take on all carpentry related tasks required in the construction process of residential new builds and renovations from start to finish of a project
n
- Work with and maintain subcontractor relationships
n
- Ensure the site complies with OHS and environmental standards
n
- Work within scheduled times to prevent project delays
n
- Work with instructions given from Project Manager and ensure all tasks are completed within a reasonable time frame at a high standard of finish.

- Complete takeoffs
