Our client is a successful residential building company looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a permanent role offering AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000, designed for someone who sees supervision as a stepping stone into Construction Management and senior leadership. - Supervise residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality delivery, on-time completion, and strong customer satisfaction

- AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 plus a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and genuine career advancement into management

Preferred Requirements

n

n
- Background in a building trade, construction, or sales, with a solid understanding of residential construction processes
n
- Proven ability to supervise sites, manage subcontractors and suppliers,



and maintain robust client relationships
n
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable thinking ahead to identify and solve problems before they escalat
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and calm
n
- Computer literate and comfortable using modern construction management and communication systems
n

Preferred Qualifications

- Formal qualification or extensive experience in construction supervision or site management
n
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites
n
- Familiarity with residential building standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes
