Job Description

Sami Building&Construction; – Seven Hills NSW

n

Coordinating with architects, engineers, plumbers and electricians etc.

n

Communicating project updates to clients and other interested parties, such as consultants

n

Leading project meetings and maintaining accurate documentation, including drawings, change orders and project plans

n

Coordinating daily tasks in accordance with project priorities and plans

n

Inspecting daily work completed to ensure it aligns with approved plans and BCA

n

Adjusting daily work plans due to weather, delayed supplies or staffing issues

n

Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs

n

Enforcing employee safety procedures

n

Procuring project materials, equipment and permits

n

Resolving project issues to prevent delays or budget overages
