The Opportunity

n

This Gold Coast builder/developer is looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to take ownership of structure on a major $150M mixed-use project in Broadbeach.

n

The project comprises an 10+ storey apartment tower over four basement levels and a substantial podium, with structure now commencing out of the basement.

n

You'll drive the structural programme on site, coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold, precast, services and crane operations through to handover to finishes.

They're continuing to build out their internal delivery team, with a strong pipeline of major developments concentrated around the Broadbeach area.

With further apartment projects already planned, they're looking for experienced construction professionals who want to stay on the Coast and deliver their pipeline over the long term.

What You'll Be Doing

- Take ownership of structure delivery on site
n
- Drive the programme and keep trades moving
n
- Coordinate formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold and structural trades
n
- Manage quality, safety and day-to-day site issues
n
- Coordinate closely with the Site Manager, engineers and project team
n
