About the Role

n

SEE Group have a great career opportunity available forExperienced Excavator Operators to join our highly qualified and skilled teams in the Tweed region.



This is a diverse and fast-paced full-time role operating 8t-50t Excavators, completing Bulk Earthworks and GPS Final Trim, hourly pay rate + regular overtime.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out pre-start checklists on plant you're required to operate
n
- Operate /drive plant properly and safely to suit the individual job conditions.
n
- Ensure safety of other team members and the public in accordance with the legislative requirements.
n
- Report any fault/damage/problem the plant you are assigned to the Site Supervisor.
n
- Service equipment by cleaning, lubricating and re-fueling it and make minor adjustments and repairs when necessary, in consultation with the Workshop Personnel.
n
- Keep plant in a clean and tidy state.
n

Essential Skills and Attributes

n

n
- Hold an Excavator ticket
n
- Have an OHS Induction Card
n
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
n
- Strong safety initiative
n
- Have excellent communication skills
n
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
n
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
n
