With the Bartons Group continuing to grow, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our Used Car team at Bartons Wynnum and Capalaba.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who brings:

n

n
- Previous used automotive sales experience (preferred)
n
- A passion for people and building lasting customer relationships
n
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
n




- A customer-first approach and professional attitude
n
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
n
- A drive to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results
n
- Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and time management
n
- Previous automotive sales experience, or a robust retail/customer service background with the motivation to succeed in sales
n
- A current manual driver's licence - essential
n
- The right to work in Australia
n

About the Role

n

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

n

n
- Guide customers through the full vehicle buying journey, from enquiry to handover
n
- Present and sell quality used vehicles with confidence and professionalism
n
- Conduct test drives and tailor solutions to each customer's needs
n
- Follow up leads, enquiries, and customer opportunities
n
- Build long-term relationships that turn customers into Bartons advocates
n
- Work towards monthly sales targets - and get rewarded for achieving them
n
- Stay across vehicle stock, features, finance options, and market trends
n
- Contribute to a positive, motivated, and high-performing sales environment
n
