Group Fitness Trainer - The Yard Gym Newstead

THE YARD GYM is about bringing the most balanced strength & conditioning workout to every member, every session.

About the Role

We are on the hunt for an energetic Casual or Part-Time Coach to jump on the floor with a pathway for KPI incentivised growth.

You’ll be delivering our signature RIG, TURF, & PAY DAY sessions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members.

What You'll Do

- Lead group fitness sessions to a high standard — sharp movement coaching, driving real performance, in the studio and at external events

- Invest in the community — understand what prospects and members need, and help them hit their goals with The Yard Gym training

- Champion a team-first culture — hone in on your own development and bring full buy-in

What We're Looking For





- A coach with excellent movement standards and a track record of getting results

- Someone who connects fast — reads what a new prospect or member needs and helps them get there

- A team player, genuinely invested in their own growth and the studio's culture
