Assist the Strata Community Manager with the day to day management of the portfolio Provide support to our clients, which may be owners,
onsite caretakers or committee members Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutes Client interactions - emails and phone calls. Distribution of correspondence.Attend meetings, where required Arranging quote requests and work orders for maintenance requests and compliance requirements About You
Experience in
strata administration, real estate, or property management
is desirable, but not essential Alternatively, you bring
strong transferable skills
and a genuine interest in the property/strata sector A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn Strong written skills with the ability to draft clear and skilled correspondence Resilient, organised, and able to work to deadlines High level of personal presentation and strong verbal communication All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
