The role focuses on direct clinical practice, including discipline-specific assessment, clinical formulation and delivery of individual, family and group-based interventions. Key responsibilities
You will work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, providing consultation and contributing to joint clinical work, education, and governance processes. You will be supported through multidisciplinary collaboration, line management by the Service Manager, coordination with the Clinical Coordinator, access to clinical supervision, and opportunities for ongoing professional and leadership development. This role attracts an annual Regional Incentive Zone Allowance, paid in addition to base salary, with the amount determined by the zone of the work location. Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
