Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

This multi-faceted role combines elite client intake, sales conversion, business development and marketing coordination. You will be responsible for managing inbound client enquiries, qualifying prospective clients and converting suitable leads into paid consultations with our solicitors. You will also work directly with the Managing Principal to identify and develop business opportunities, strengthen referral and professional networks, support client relationship initiatives and execute the firm's marketing strategy. This multi-faceted role combines elite client intake, sales conversion, business development and marketing coordination. You will be responsible for managing inbound client enquiries, qualifying prospective clients and converting suitable leads into paid consultations with our solicitors. You will also work directly with the Managing Principal to identify and develop business opportunities, strengthen referral and professional networks, support client relationship initiatives and execute the firm's marketing strategy. Key responsibilities





Manage all incoming leads across phone, email and in-person channels, providing a professional and high-quality client experience while assessing enquiries and communicating the value of the firm's services

Convert suitable leads into paid consultations by effectively managing follow-up, bookings and appointment coordination for the legal team

Support the ongoing client experience by maintaining regular communication with clients throughout their matters, coordinating updates and ensuring clients receive timely, professional and consistent service

Collaborate directly with the Managing Principal to coordinate, execute, and track marketing materials and campaigns

Manage social media/marketing campaigns including content creation, content upload, caption writing, and engagement across English and Chinese platforms

Track and reporting of lead sources to assess the performance of ongoing marketing initiatives

Conduct structured follow-up with prospective clients and referral sources to maximise conversion and maintain professional relationships

Maintain accurate records of business development activities, referral sources, opportunities and outcomes





Identify trends in client enquiries and referral sources and provide insights to the Managing Principal to inform business development strategy

Support the firm's participation in networking events, seminars, webinars and other business development activities

About you

Fluent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Background in marketing, business development and/or customer service is highly regarded

Demonstrated ability to handle leads confidently, overcome objections, and close consultation bookings

Experience managing social media channels, basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva), or content scheduling

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a refined, professional telephone manner

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools
