Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - Data Centres MCR are recruiting a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to work on large, high profile data centre commissioning projects in Melbourne. One of the world's fastest growing and technically complex sectors Newly created role due to company growth and project pipeline Future career growth opportunities The nature of this role is to provide engineering and technical support to plan, schedule, coordinate and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical data centre facilities. You will be involved in all stages of commissioning, from early design, managing commissioning scripts, witness testing through to project handover. You'll work across complex mechanical systems including: Chilled water and cooling systems HVAC and air-handling systems CRAC/CRAH units Cooling towers BMS Requirements

Mechanically qualified (trade or tertiary) Data centre experience not essential but commissioning experience in complex or critical environments.



Your background could be in pharmaceutical, hospitals, airports, universities industrial facilities etc. Excellent documentational skills, robust communicator and technically minded. Must know how to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure What's on Offer
