We’re partnering with a boutique Double Bay agency seeking a switched-on Marketing & Business Operations Manager to take the lead on marketing and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business.

Working closely with the Director, you’ll have the autonomy to bring ideas to life, develop and execute the marketing strategy, create standout content, drive new growth opportunities and improve the systems and processes behind the scenes.

The role: You’ll take the lead across:

- Marketing strategy, planning and the overall content calendar
- Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and digital campaigns
- Content creation, video concepts, EDMs and database marketing
- Events, partnerships, sponsorships and advertising opportunities
- Brand management and external creative suppliers
- Marketing performance, reporting and optimisation
- Systems, automation and process improvement




- Supporting projects, priorities and the wider team

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with around 4–7 years’ marketing experience who is creative, commercially minded and genuinely hands-on. You’ll be someone who:

- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Can turn an idea into action quickly
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Enjoys working closely with business owners
- Brings ideas, energy and a solutions-focused approach
- Has solid experience across social, content and digital marketing
