As one of Australia’s leading boat brands, we’re looking for a commercially minded, organised, and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help grow our brand, produce a wide range of content, and bring marketing campaigns to life.

This hands-on role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, has a positive eye for detail and wants to establish themselves in a successful Australian manufacturing business operating in the leisure products industry.

About the Role

You'll work across digital, content, campaigns, social media, website updates, email marketing and general marketing administration, working closely with the broader team to deliver engaging and effective marketing activity. Reporting to the Marketing Director and General Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination and execution of many facets of marketing activities, as well as provide local marketing support to a Dandenong South-based retail dealership.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating marketing calendars, campaigns and promotions
- Assisting with content creation — images, video and basic graphic design




- Creating and scheduling social media content across relevant platforms
- Social listening and responding to enquiries
- YouTube content upload, narrative creation and optimisation
- Preparing basic marketing reports and analysing campaign performance
- Maintaining databases, files and digital assets

- Assisting with SEO/AEO/GEO
- Updating website content and product information

About you

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- Previous experience in a marketing and communications role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in all forms of content creation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with CRM, eDM and CMS platforms
- Confidence using Google, YouTube, Meta and other platforms

- Basic graphic design skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive, positive and practical approach to your work
