We're looking for someone who's excited by creating beautiful content, launching new products, building engaged communities and helping grow two exciting Australian eCommerce brands.

Every week is different. One day you'll be filming behind-the-scenes content, the next you'll be launching a current collection, updating Shopify, writing EDMs or helping bring a campaign to life.

We're the brands behind two growing Australian labels:

Deer Ruby — Beautifully designed personalised bags and lifestyle accessories with a focus on thoughtful design and timeless style.

Heelalujah — Australia's cheekiest heel-care brand, helping thousands of customers transform their feet every month.

This isn't a corporate marketing role. I'm the founder of both brands, and I move quickly, wear a lot of hats and love trying new ideas. You'll be working directly with me day to day, not slotting into a big marketing department so if you're someone who enjoys variety, taking ownership and seeing your work come to life fast, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation

This is a content-first role. You'll help create engaging content across both brands, including:

- Filming and editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Meta Ads
- Creating product launches, behind-the-scenes content and lifestyle imagery
- Assisting with photography and photo editing
- Repurposing content into multiple formats and scheduling it across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest




- Writing captions and copy that reflect each brand's unique personality
- Organising and maintaining our growing content library

Marketing Campaigns Working alongside me, you'll:

- Assist with campaign planning and execution
- Support weekly product launches
- Help create and schedule EDM campaigns
- Prepare creative assets for Meta advertising
- Monitor campaign and social performance and bring ideas for improvement
- Help plan monthly content calendars and keep an eye on emerging trends

Shopify & Website

- Upload new products
- Maintain product information and Shopify metafields
- Keep website content accurate and up to date
- Assist with merchandising collections and launches
- Meta Ads

Community Management Help build genuine relationships with our customers by:

- Responding to comments and direct messages
- Engaging with our online communities
- Monitoring conversations across social platforms
- Escalating customer enquiries when needed
- Helping maintain a positive, welcoming brand presence

About You You'll probably have 1–3 years' experience in marketing, social media or content creation and love working in a fast-moving environment.
