Glenny Kebabs is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant brands, with seven owner-operated locations across Melbourne’s south-east.
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and gain practical, hands-on experience across food, hospitality, retail and digital marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Supporting the planning and execution of new product launches
- Assisting with loyalty, email and SMS marketing initiatives
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Supporting customer engagement and database growth
- Coordinating local-area marketing activities across our stores
- Helping create and organise marketing content
- Analysing campaign performance and preparing reports
- Working alongside our operations and creative teams
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in marketing, branding and hospitality
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to take initiative
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded
- Current or completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications or Commerce
- Experience using Canva, Capcut, Adobe
- Social media or content creation experience
- An understanding of email marketing platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising or analytics
