This business is an online platform connecting businesses with vetted marketing experts. As our client base grows, we're looking to bring on a second marketing coordinator to work alongside our existing coordination team, supporting the delivery of social media, content and campaign work across a portfolio of client accounts.
This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll manage content and social channels day to day, keep projects moving to deadline, and apply solid marketing fundamentals to support the strategy already agreed for each client.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and execute social media content across client channels
● Support content creation and maintain content calendars for a portfolio of clients
● Assist with project management — timelines, deliverables and coordination across client accounts
● Apply basic marketing strategy skills to support campaign planning
● Produce basic design assets in Canva to support campaigns and content
About You
● Experience in social media management and content coordination
● Strong project management and organisational skills
● Basic marketing strategy skills
● Basic design skills in Canva
● Based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, with the ability to attend CBD client meetings when required
Engagement Details
● Basis: contract or permanent considered, depending on candidate preference
● Remuneration: day rate (contract) or salary (permanent) — to be confirmed
● Location: Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney — does not need to be office-based, but candidates should be able to reach a CBD for client meetings
● Reporting: works alongside the existing marketing coordination team
