Ambience Wellness is a growing premium wellness and spa brand with multiple locations across Perth.
We are looking for a creative, highly organised and experienced Marketing & Content Manager to join our Head Office team and help grow our brand across digital, social media and in-store marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across all locations
- Create high-quality social media content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
- Photography and video creation for treatments, stores, products and campaigns
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Write engaging marketing copy and promotional content
- Coordinate promotions, collaborations, events and brand partnerships
- Manage paid social media campaigns and digital advertising
- Maintain strong and consistent brand presentation across all channels
- Work closely with management and store teams on marketing initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous marketing experience in Australia
- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Has robust creative thinking and a good eye for design and aesthetics
- Is confident with photography, video creation and content production
- Understands social media trends and digital marketing
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
- Can work independently and bring new ideas to the business
- Has strong attention to detail and understands premium branding
Experience within beauty, wellness, hospitality, luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded. Skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, photography and video editing will also be highly regarded.
