We’re seeking an experienced and organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established organisation for an initial four-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Industrial Division with a broad range of marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable marketing all-rounder who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, working with internal stakeholders and keeping projects moving.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of events for the Industrial Division
- Managing marketing requests from internal stakeholders
- Coordinating marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Preparing clear and detailed briefs for the graphic designer
- Completing website updates or coordinating changes with the relevant team
- Tracking deadlines, approvals and outstanding requests
- Providing general marketing and administrative support to the division
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with additional projects as required
About you
You’ll ideally have
- Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar broad marketing role
- Robust organisational and project coordination skills
- Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Experience preparing creative or graphic design briefs
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Experience coordinating events, collateral or website content
This temporary role is based in Moorabbin, with hybrid working available. You’ll be joining a supportive team and contributing to a busy division with a varied pipeline of marketing activity.
