Salary: SCHADS Award Level 4.1 — $46.70 per hour, plus superannuation and future Award increases
Join Youth Solutions and help create meaningful change for young people and communities across Macarthur, Wingecarribee and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Manager Marketing & Engagement, you will deliver marketing, communications, community and youth engagement, outreach, fundraising and event activities.

Key responsibilities:
- create accessible content across digital, print and stakeholder channels
- coordinate outreach, campaigns, fundraising initiatives and events
- enable safe, voluntary and inclusive youth participation
- build relationships with young people, schools, services, supporters and community contacts
- maintain accurate records and monitor results
- follow approved safety, privacy, safeguarding and risk-management requirements.
What you will bring:
1. Relevant experience: Marketing, digital communications, community engagement, outreach, campaigns, events or fundraising.
2. Content and communication: Producing accurate, accessible content for different audiences and channels.
3. Digital capability: Using websites,
email marketing, social media, analytics, Microsoft 365 and records-management or CRM systems.
4. Coordination and relationships: Managing competing priorities, activities, suppliers, records and stakeholder relationships.
5. Monitoring and improvement: Interpreting information, reporting results and identifying practical improvements.
6. Values and safe practice: Sound judgement and commitment to child safety, privacy, cultural safety, inclusion and youth participation.
Mandatory requirements:
- a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
- the right to work in Australia.
- a current NSW driver licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle when required.
- a current paid NSW Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one before child-related work.
- availability for local travel and occasional approved evening or weekend work.
