6 offices. One brand. Plenty going on.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is creative, organised, adaptable and, most importantly, real.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend six months developing a strategy proposal that no one reads. Our business moves quickly, things change, opportunities pop up, and sometimes the best marketing idea starts with “What if we just tried this?”

Working across five busy real estate offices, you’ll be the person helping bring our brand, people, properties and ideas to life. One day you might be designing a campaign, the next creating social content, helping an agent with a listing launch, organising an event or coming up with an idea we hadn't even thought of yet.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of marketing across our five offices, including:

- Creating engaging social media content and managing our social presence
- Graphic design for digital, print, property and brand campaigns
- Developing marketing ideas that actually feel fresh
- Creating reels, videos and short-form content
- Supporting our sales and property management teams with their marketing
- Keeping our brand looking consistent without making it boring
- Working with agents and teams who all have different personalities and ideas
- Spotting opportunities and saying, “I've got an idea…”

Who we're looking for.



We're not overly interested in finding someone who ticks every traditional marketing box. We want someone who is versatile, switched on, creative and happy to get involved. You'll ideally have experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, social media and content creation, with strong graphic design skills being very well received.

Experience in real estate would be great, but it's not essential. We'd rather find someone with the right energy, creativity and attitude. You should be comfortable working independently, juggling competing priorities and changing direction when the business needs it. And importantly, you need to be a people person. You'll be working across six offices with lots of personalities, so being approachable, confident and able to have a laugh is pretty key.
