Marketing Specialist – Hospitality Group

About us

Justin Lane Pty Ltd operates a growing group of hospitality venues and brands, covering dining, cocktails, rooftop events, functions, bakery and café. Our venues span multiple locations, each with its own identity and customer base. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead day-to-day marketing across the group.

The role

You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the owner, venue managers, chefs and front-of-house teams. You'll plan and deliver marketing that drives bookings, foot traffic and sales across all venues.

Key responsibilities

- Develop separate monthly marketing plans for each brand in the group, covering objectives, campaigns, key commercial dates, priority products, activations and newsletters.
- Create campaign concepts, messaging and creative direction for recent dishes, product launches, dining offers and seasonal features.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across organic social, paid social, email and in-venue materials.
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns, including objectives, audiences, geographic targeting, creative, copy, retargeting and booking destinations. Review performance weekly and optimise.
- Manage the group's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This includes content pillars, shot lists, photography, video, editing, design, copywriting, scheduling and community management.
- Brief and direct content production remotely for venues in other locations, and review submitted content for brand consistency.




- Manage customer email marketing through the group's reservation platform, including newsletter structure, copy, design, scheduling and reporting on opens, clicks and reservations.
- Source and manage influencer collaborations, covering selection, negotiation, briefs, visits, content review and usage rights.
- Develop concepts and promotional materials for brand activations and events, working with venue teams.
- Plan launch calendars, content and marketing assets for new venue openings, and liaise with external partners such as landlords and centre marketing teams.
- Conduct competitor research to inform campaign and launch recommendations to management.
- Manage marketing activity within budgets approved by management.

Skills and experience required

- A bachelor degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related field. At least five years of relevant marketing experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food and beverage, retail or consumer brands.
- Demonstrated experience planning and running paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong content creation skills in photography, short-form video, editing and design, using tools such as Canva and CapCut or similar.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign reporting.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and venues, work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable

- Experience with OpenTable, Notion or Mr Yum.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
